Wheelchair Access
All screens have wheelchair spaces: Screen 1 (3), Screen 2 (2), Screen 3 (5), Screen 4 (5). Contact Box Office before booking for accessible seating. The foyer, Box Office, Café Bar, gallery, and screen entrances are on a flat ground floor. A lift provides access to the first floor.
Toilets & Changing Facilities
Accessible toilets are throughout the building. A “Changing Places” room is available with hoist, adjustable bed/sink, privacy screen, and baby changing unit. Ask at Box Office for the radar key. (Update 5.1.24: Hoist is fully operational.)
Access Cinema
Regular screenings include descriptive subtitles, audio description, and autism-friendly sessions. Use filters in the What’s On menu to find them.
Hearing & Visual Support
T-loops are at all payment counters. Screens 1 & 2 have infra-red headsets for amplified sound or audio description. Screens 3 & 4 use Dolby Accessibility headsets. Ask at Box Office to use one.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Spaces are available for them, plus water bowls and quiet rooms on request.
Blue Badge Parking
Accessible bays are at the front of the building (3-hour limit).
CEA Cardholders
Present a CEA card at Box Office for concessionary tickets and a free carer ticket. [Apply here.]
Parents & Babies
Baby changing facilities are throughout the venue, including a dedicated cubicle. CafĂ© Bar has high chairs and bottle-warming. Booster seats available. “Cinema Bambino” screenings for parents with babies under 12 months take place Thursdays at 11:30am.
