Kanwal Ahluwalia brings over two decades of dedicated yoga practice and 15 years of teaching experience to every class. Kirpal Panesar is regarded amongst the leading performers of the tar-shehnai, esraj and its predecessor, the dilruba. He began learning over 30 years ago with Ustad Surjeet Singh (disciple of Pt Ram Narayan) and had the honour of becoming a disciple of the late legend, Ustad Bismillah Khan. Kirpal's skill of improvisation and ability to portray various emotions through his music leaves one captivated.

An open class for all levels. Unsuitable if pregnant. Yoga mats provided or bring your own if you prefer. Avoid eating a heavy meal before class.
