Take a holistic journey of movement and melody all set to the sounds of live Indian classical music in this unique experience. 

This 60-minute hatha yoga class will build strength and balance, relieve stress, support wellbeing and centre the mind. 

Kanwal Ahluwalia brings over two decades of yoga practice and 15 years of teaching. Her approach combines warm, intuitive guidance, clear, accessible instruction for all levels, and an invitation to explore beyond physical postures into yoga’s philosophical traditions.

Kirpal Panesar, a leading performer of the tar-shehnai and esraj, brings over 30 years of experience, including learning from Ustad Surjeet Singh and Ustad Bismillah Khan. His skill in improvisation and emotional depth captivates audiences.

An open class for all levels. Unsuitable if pregnant. Please do bring your own yoga matt. Avoid eating a heavy meal before class. Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes and bring your own water. Participants take full responsibility for their own health, if in doubt seek the advice of your doctor.
