Substantive investment due diligence, venture capital transactions, and change management skills having led a number of venturing, growth, turnaround, M&A and regulatory initiatives for start-ups, early growth and mature companies. Nishant has served as board director, trustee, field worker and mentor for Indian classical music & independent films promotions, volunteering, and social entrepreneurship.
