Shaminder comes with a wealth of leadership expertise. She is a highly experienced educational leader with 25 years of senior management expertise in the Post Sixteen sector. She excels in collaborating with executive teams to develop and implement visionary strategies, comprehensive plans and effective policies. With a strong background in overseeing creative and digital technology departments, she is adept at driving innovation and organisational growth. Outside of her professional achievements, Shaminder is a passionate enthusiast of Indian classical music and has supported Darbar voluntarily from its inception. She is also chair of trustees for One MAT schools and for Great Oaks Special Needs College.
